The objective of this tender is to carry out a study to assess how enhancements to the commercially available tools, processes and techniques could help deliver the objectives below. This will include highlighting areas where support from other organisations would help Data will be generated and used for a variety of purposes to allow HS2 to build, operate and maintain their asset in a way that provides a high quality service to their customers. HS2’s ambition is to ensure that this production and exploitation of data is as efficient and wide ranging as possible. This means: • Maximum re-use of data within the supply chain • Tools to enable effective management of consistent data • All relevant stakeholders having easy access to secure, reliable data • Minimal requirements for data translation • Maximum use of automated data verification • Transparent audit trails for data production, exchange, assurance and use • Effective use of visualisations in project assurance, interrogation and analysis Confidentiality Undertaking: Please register your interest by emailing HS2Procurement@hs2.org.uk, clearly stating “Project_354 Multi-Vendor Data Management Study” in the subject field.
