Tender description
Expressions of interest are invited for the provision of the following two minor capital works projects in Stoke-on-Trent : Hanley Town Hall - the evidence of deterioration of the sandstone detailing and the sandstone window cills. The vertical crack to the brickwork on the right hand rear elevation. The remedial action required is to replace the defective sandstone detailing and window cills. Investigate possible causes and repair the vertical crack to the brickwork on the right hand rear elevation including painting. Victoria Hall - The evidence of the poor condition of the coated surfaces and the previously painted surfaces. The remedial action required is to repair any rot affected timber windows or spalling sandstone cills. Wash down to clean all the coated surfaces and repaint all the previously painted surfaces.
