Media Monitoring Service *For Information Purposes Only*

Tender description

The scope of this tender is for a third party to provide a journalist database and press monitoring to support the work of the NHS Blood and Transplant media and PR team and the agencies we work with. In addition, we are seeking a provider who would also be able to support or supply analysis and evaluation services as part of the same contract. We are looking for the same provider to provide all of the above services as they are interlinked and interdependent. Overall essential criteria • One supplier who can provide a journalist database, press monitoring and evaluation and analysis services. • Experienced in providing journalist database, press monitoring and evaluation services to organisations that are large and complex to agreed service level agreements • Transparency during the tender process about any non-core elements of the service that would be subcontracted • Competitive rates that are scalable dependent on volumes Overall desirable criteria • Knowledge of the NHS in general and latest issues impacting on its service delivery • An understanding of NHS Blood and Transplant’s roles and responsibilities • Forward-looking, focused on keeping up with developments in industry/technology for continuous improvement in service For Information Purposes Only: This opportunity will only be available to those suppliers who are listed against the following framework: CCS Reference: RM3708 Lot 1 Media Monitoring and Evaluation and Related Services.
