Tender description

The London Ambulance Service receives on average 10 to 12 media enquiries every day. The vast majority are in response to witnessed incidents in a public place with journalists asking for information regarding our response to the patient. We also receive broader corporate media enquiries from a wide range of local, regional, national print and broadcast media. We currently record those enquiries on an internal database but with little functionality for reporting, storing contacts monitoring releases & managing mail outs. The Contracting Authority is therefore looking to select and appoint a suitable supplier to provide a Media Management System to assist the Communications Directorate with managing and monitoring the media enquiries it receives and responds to on a daily basis
