Tender description

Hampshire Constabulary (the Force) is hereby seeking expressions of interest for participation in a tender to procure a specialist convergent solution services provider, to manage and maintain its existing voice and data network estate through the provision of a new Managed Network Services Contract. This will be a three-year contract, with options to extend by two further periods of one year each, based on an annual renewal basis. The three-year support contract is positioned to underpin the Force’s principle of entering into a regional collaborative procurement for a new managed network service during 2012. Through the procurement process for the Managed Network Services Contract, the Force will be seeking suppliers to offer innovative proposals across a range of technology refresh opportunities, to gain improved functionality and efficiency with the introduction of appropriate converged technology solutions.
