Tender description
The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) for England invites expressions of interest from organisations for the supply of learning and skills provision to employers, employees and individuals not in work in the following regions. • LONDON • EAST MIDLANDS • NORTH EAST (Northumberland and Darlington only) • SOUTH EAST • SOUTH WEST For the following provision areas • Entry to Employment – all regions • Train to Gain Level 2 – East Midlands only The Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations that are already in receipt of LSC funds and from those organisations who wish to access LSC funds for the first time There are four triggers for competitive tendering: • New investment • Restructuring of provision or delivery model restructuring • Significant gaps in provision • Poor quality and the failure to meet minimum performance levels
