Tender description

Development and implementation a Community Neighbourhoods extended hours activity programme Newham Council is inviting applications from suitable organisations for the development and implementation of a programme of activities in seven of Newham’s ten Community Neighbourhood Centres (libraries). The Council has recently extended the opening hours of seven of the Community Neighbourhood Centres to allow residents greater access to the wide range of facilities and activities on offer. A specific programme of at least 33 hours per week across all seven centres, consisting of a variety of activities, that complements and enhances existing provision, is to be delivered during those extended opening hours. The contract period for this commission is from April 2016 to 28 April 2017.
