Tender description
NLW wishes to procure the services of an experienced contractor to undertake safe transfer of archival audiovisual materials from current storage facilities in Culverhouse Cross in Cardiff, to the NLW site in Aberystwyth. The contractor will be expected to supply suitable containers and vehicles to facilitate the transfer, and to work with NLW to produce a detailed plan for the move process to ensure that the order of the collection is maintained. It is envisioned that the transfer will be completed by end September 2012.
