Network Rail, HS2 Ltd and Transport for London undertake a multi-billion pound spend through their investment programmes annually. These 3 organisations are currently embarking on procuring jointly a Health and Safety Passport Token Access System to manage controlled access to their respective sites (including site specific controls), manage competence, monitor health exposure and support the safety of lone workers as they work on the infrastructure and sites of the 3 organisations. Network Rail, HS2 Ltd and Transport for London wish to engage with the market in an pre-procurement engagement to support the development of a procurement strategy and the refinement of requirements which will facilitate effective open market competition and deliver optimum value for money.
