Hampshire Police Authority is inviting parties to tender for Isle of Wight Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Term Contract. The overall objective of the Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Term Contract is to ensure that all electrical and mechanical services and fixed equipment in the Authority's premises are maintained in a safe and efficient state at all times. The contract will include the provision of reactive maintenance to respond to and repair breakdowns of electrical and mechanical services and equipment on a 24 hour call out basis; and periodic servicing and maintenance of electrical, mechanical services equipment in accordance with the contract specification and associated repairs; the provision of a Helpdesk. A pre-qualification questionnaire forms part of the Applicants Tender and must be completed and submitted in addition to the relevant ITT and any mandatory form(s) or other supporting document requested for each response.
