Tender description

Through this CDS Invitation to Tender we are inviting applications for the 2010 Standard Crime Contract from organisations wishing to undertake criminal defence work in England and Wales. Applicants should also use this ITT if they only wish to do Crown Court work, Appeals and Reviews work and/or Prison Law. Responses should include both a response to the Essential Criteria as well as a mandatory Tender Information Form, which can be downloaded from the Buyer Attachments area of the ITT. Only one response is required per applicant organisation, and this response should cover all offices run by that organisation, including any new offices (subject to the office requirements set out at Part A of the 2010 Standard Crime Contract). This ITT will close at 4pm on 12 March 2010. No late applications will be accepted.
