Tender description

The role of the Monitoring Agent is to report to Invest NI on the operational delivery of the new Small Business Support Programme. This would include providing assurances on issues such as quality, compliance with procedures, vouching expenditure etc. This will not negate the Invest NI role in providing strategic oversight but will ensure additional scrutiny and coordination of activities on the ground ensuring coherence and control across the 5 regional contracts.
