Tender description

Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client Invest NI wishes to invite tenders for the above named contract. Invest NI wish to appoint a suitable service provider for event management, project management and logistical support services which facilitate the delivery of the annual events schedule on behalf of CCMU, who in turn represent the requirements of the four Operating Divisions within the organisation. Invest NI’s annual events schedule range from targeted in-house press announcements and seminars attended by 5 to 10 delegates, through to large-scale, show-piece conferences attended by over 500 delegates. These events take place at locations throughout Northern Ireland, and can occur at anytime of the day, or any day during the week.
