e-Learning Solution for Invest NI Learning Solution In support of the Invest Northern Ireland staff development needs, the Tenderer must be able to furnish interactive instruction and assessment on a wide range of relevant sales and business skills, computer desktop skills and information technology. Specifically the selected vendor must be able to provide the following instructional assests to be delivered via a Learning Portal: Learning Portal A user should be able to access most features of the required learning from the home page. The home page should be updated regularly to to maintain the focus on current or strategically important issues within the business. The portal must offer learning assets to meet various learning styles - Using courseware, books, simulations and innovative new technological products to enable every learner to utilise the supporting training best suited to their unique learning style. Learners should be able follow suggested reading paths and implement what they have learnt in a practise zone. The portal should also offer the organisation the ability to define a required learning strategy or learning roadmap. Sales & Business Skills A comprehensive suite of online courseware that supports a broad variety of the pilot audience, and their respective skill and competency development requirements. Subject matter covered should include: Sales & Marketing, Professional Effectiveness, Management & Leadership, Project Effectiveness, Finance HR & Administration & Business Strategy and Operations. Desktop/End User Computing A comprehensive suite of online courses that cover major Desktop/End User Computing topics that include: e-mail and GroupWise, Internet Skills, Computing Fundamentals, Business and Reporting Tools and Microsoft Office.
