Invest NI - Development & Delivery of a Diploma in Contact Centre Management

Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client Invest NI invites tenders to develop and deliver an accredited diploma in contact centre management for companies in the Business Services Sector. The Diploma in Contact Centre Management will provide participants with appropriate relevant knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of management to enable them to make a strategic contribution to the running of the contact centre through the attainment of organisational objectives and improvement in performance. It is intended to run one course per year in the greater Belfast area and that each course will have a cohort of between 12–24 participants. Where sufficient numbers can be recruited there will be an option to run a concurrent course in the Londonderry area. It is anticipated that the course will commence at the end of May 2009.
