Invest NI - Consultancy Support for Offers and Claims Management Project

Tender description

Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client Invest NI wishes to invite tenders for the above named contract. Invest NI invites tenders for the provision of consultancy support in relation to a range of assignments associated with the implementation of a new Offers and Claims Management System (OaCMS). To meet Invest NI’s requirements the contractor must be prepared to undertake a range of consultancy assignments in support of the implementation of the new system. Each individual assignment will be subject to a specific Terms of Reference and duration agreed in advance between Invest NI and the contractor. The type of assignments may include, but will not be limited to: • Assisting in an assessment of the anticipated impact of the new System and Processes on current roles and staffing structures; • Reviewing roles and responsibilities in relation to Governance and Control Procedures and recommending revised structures, if appropriate, to support and maintain OaCMS data and processes; • Benefit Baseline Measurement and Benefit Realisation; • Reviewing and updating the format, content and presentation of Operational Guidance needed to support the new system; • Development and Planning of a Change Management programme to support deployment and practical training in the OaCMS application; and • Project Assurance and Oversight in relation to e.g. data migration and usability issues
