Appointment of a Service Provider to Develop, Manage and Deliver the Halo Ireland Programme The Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client InterTradeIreland, wishes to appoint a suitably experienced service provider to carry out the role of Halo National Director for the second phase of the Halo Ireland Programme.
