Tender description

InterTradeIreland now wishes to appoint a suitably qualified service provider with an expertise in and knowledge of the public procurement market, both North and South of the Island. The appointed service provider will be required to research and write a policy paper that will make recommendations for mutually beneficial cooperative initiatives that will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the large public procurement expenditure on the island of Ireland.
