Tender description

The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC) under the auspices of Kerry County Council is issuing this Prior Information Notice for the establishment of Framework(s) of Contractors for completing Energy Efficiency Retrofitting works to Local Authority Housing nationwide. All participating Local Authorities will be identified in the ensuing Contract Notice(s). This process is a statement of potential frameworks to be established during the next 12 months. Accordingly, the LGOPC does not require responses to this notice. Lot 1 — Cavity Wall Insulation Ceiling Level Attic Insulation including Insulation to Hot Water Cylinder, Water Storage Tank and Associated Pipe Work Installation of all necessary and appropriate wall, soffit and window ventilation and/or tile/slate ventilation at roof level in conjunction with insulation works, Miscellaneous carpentry works. Post works Building Energy Rating (BER) certificate for each individual house. Lot 4 — External wall insulation, Internal dry lining including flat roof ceiling, Replacement of windows and doors inc. the use of in situ measures such as film coatings, Installation of all necessary and appropriate wall, soffit and/or window ventilation. Post works Building Energy Rating (BER) certificate for each individual house.
