Central Procurement Directorate Development and Delivery of INI’s Survive to Thrive Programme The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division (SSD) on behalf of Invest NI’s Business Improvement Services Division (BIS), is inviting tenders from suitably experienced service providers to engage in the development and provision of a trial business improvement programme for Invest Northern Ireland. . Business Improvement Services (BIS) is a division within Invest NI which offers a range of programmes/services and events to client companies aimed at improving their competitiveness. This new programme will be delivered in 3 modules which will focus on practical financial management cost reduction; and strategic issues and planning, all of which are prevalent to the current difficult economic operating environment and in planning for an economic upturn. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
