Tender description

Mental Health Independent Investigations NHS England has four established regional teams; North, South, London and Midlands and East, who work to a single operating model ensuring common and best practice for the management of independent investigations in the mental health arena. Clinical Commissioning Groups and Mental Health Trusts are required to work with NHS England to ensure the successful management of and reporting on homicides. NHS England works with Domestic Homicide Review panels, Serious Case Review panels, and Deaths in Custody reviews to commission joint investigations as well as independent investigations. NHS England wishes to engage with providers with the necessary expertise and experience to deliver these types of services.
