HS2 501 Recruitment Screening and Shortlisting Services

As HS2 Ltd assembles the capability, processes, systems and people necessary to procure and manage the construction of Phase Oned, headcount is forecast to increase significantly. By March 2016 there is a requirement to recruit circa 600 new employees across all directorates . The process of sifting and monitoring CVs and presenting final shortlists to managers is a high volume and repetitive process that is no longer practical for the Recruitment team to provide in-house. Therefore there is a need to procure a Supplier who has the ability and experience to provide a more effective service for screening and monitoring high-volume applications via an online software platform, within the short timescales required. HS2 Ltd require this fully outsourced service for a minimum period of 12 months, Further to this initial contract term HS2 Ltd may wish to extend the contract for a further 12 months. The extension may either be for the continuation of a fully outsourced service, or for a license to use the online software platform only – and bring the manual resource requirement back in-house.
