As part of High Speed Two (HS2) Limited’s work of designing an integrated railway proposition, the purpose of this ITT is to seek an independent organisation to undertake a review of the existing HS2 Switch and Crossing (“S&C”) Geometric Design and, based on the review, develop the HS2 S&C Specification
