Tender description

The purpose of this ITT is to seek a Supplier to undertake a study of the existing and pending Design and Construction Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The study is required to ensure that HS2 are aware of any potential infringements that either they or their suppliers may infringe during the delivery of the HS2 Project. The outcome of the study is a single consolidated Final Report, in both a PDF format and an editable format, detailing the results of the study. The Final Report shall identify any necessary further areas of study to further progress remaining issues (which shall be the subject of a further competition).
