Tender description
As part of HS2 Ltd’s work in designing an integrated railway proposition, a study is required to determine which of the main high speed resilient track systems currently available on the market are considered to be efficient solutions and can achieve the vibration levels committed on the Environmental Statement (ES) without compromising track stability and its performance. For this study, the analysis shall be limited to the Northolt tunnel. The outcome of the study shall be a single consolidated report, defining technical requirements to be placed on new infrastructure and rolling stock design while cognisant of the limitations of the existing UK network.
