HS2/142 ‘Off Line of Route’ Community Engagement Vehicle

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Supplier to provide a fully managed service of a dedicated branded vehicle. A HS2 Community Engagement Vehicle will be a pivotal tool in HS2’s engagement programme, which is aimed at reaching much wider audiences and building support from those with interests ‘off line of route’. The engagement vehicle will offer a much more mobile and flexible method of engagement – it will provide the facility to share key information with local communities in an interactive and accessible way. It will also play a critical role in successfully communicating information relating to the early enabling works, and will set the standard for how we engage during the construction phase of the project. The supplier will provide a fully managed service, including, but not limited too, sourcing, converting (if needed), wrapping/branding & maintaining the vehicle, providing drivers, delivering to each event and storing between events.
