Tender description
Post Office Limited requires the provision of an annual engagement survey for Staff and Sub-Postmasters with the option of an annual pulse survey for the same audience. These measure engagement, enablement and analyse the key drivers of the employees or subpostmasters. The services required consist ofs: (i) The design, development and production of online survey questionnaires; (ii) The production of organisational hierarchies; (iii) Analysing the survey response data; (iv) Reporting the surveyof results; (v) Presentation of the survey results; and (vi) follow-on action planning.
