Tender description

School works 1. Creation of three new classrooms and ancillary facilities (267m2), Dining hall extension (91m2), caretakers room (9m2), a new outdoor covered play area (55m2), additional car parking (239m2), and external improvements 2. Internal remodelling of existing staff room and office and SEN room. Pre-School / Scouts Hall 3. Demolition of existing Pre-school and Scout hut to create a new two storey building with Pre-school on ground floor and Scouts on first floor (268m2 for each floor), 4. A new covered external play area will be located directly outside the rear of the new Pre-school with new rubber crumb and grass play area including new fencing. 5. A new car parking area will be formed adjacent to the front of the new Pre-School / Scout building (116m2) plus associated paving and fencing Keywords: Building, Building Schools
