Highways Agency Additional Core Training Arrangements

The Highways Agency expects to issue tenders shortly for the following additional requirements in relation to Training - - Diversity: to design, deliver and evaluate diversity training and development activities, which are tailored to the Agency’s specific needs, aligned to our core competencies and values and to the professional standard agreed. - Leadership: to design, deliver and evaluate Leadership Development courses that can form either part of a larger leadership programme or stand alone leadership modules within the Highways Agency. Leadership modules will need to be tailored to the Agency’s specific needs, aligned to our core competencies and values and to the professional standard agreed. - Coaching: to design, deliver and evaluate Coaching, which is tailored to the Agency’s specific needs, aligned to our core competencies and values and to the professional standard agreed. - Commercial Accumen: to design, deliver and evaluate commercial acumen training, which is tailored to the Agency’s specific needs, aligned to our core competencies and values and to the professional standard agreed. - Customer Services: to design, deliver and evaluate customer service training, which is tailored to the Agency’s specific needs, aligned to our core competencies and values and to the professional standard agreed. - E-learning: to design, deliver and evaluate e-Learning training, tailored to the Agency’s specific needs, and to the professional standard agreed.
