Tender description
Family Support Services comprises of 6 Contract Lots across 3 specified geographies (East, Central and West) to cover the 4 elements of the Community Family Hub outlined below: 1) Community Family Hub lead role; 2) Support for families with children pre-birth to 5 years in identified Super Output Areas (SOAs) as part of the Sure Start Children's Centre (SSCC) offer; 3) Intensive whole family support for families with children up to age of 18 with additional needs; 4) Family Support Volunteer Development Project that will: — Enhance the family support offer to vulnerable families; — Provide a development route towards employment for local people.
