Tender description

Cornwall Council, NHS Kernow Clinical Commissioning Group and the Council of the Isles of Scilly have a statutory duty to provide Independent Advocacy to meet the eligible needs of the people of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. The purpose of the independent advocacy services are to assist Cornwall Council and the Council of the Isles of Scilly in delivering statutory duties for independent advocacy provision, which provides necessary advocacy provision for NHS Kernow Clinical Commissioning Group. The provision for these services will be provided under a legal Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement for will for a term of 3 years with the option to extend for 1 additional year. There are 4 separate Lots under the Framework Agreement. Service providers may bid for any or all of the Lots.
