Lot 1 - P128c - Lisson Green • Replacement of the block gas fired boilers & associated plant to Hughenden, Missenden and Chequers House • Replacement of one boiler and extensive maintenance overall to the other three boilers, together with water treatment and re commissioning works at Verney House • Installation of sump pumps in the service duct to prevent flooding • Renewal of the existing pipe, valve insulations and lagging • Purging of the heating pipe work distribution system serving the in flat radiators • Installation of new controls with a Building Management System to provide remote monitoring of performance data • Specialist pipework and control system alterations at the four blocks to facilitate the connection to a district heating system • Reinstatement of passive fire protection • New power supplies to plant rooms Lot 2 - W256 - Glarus Court • Replacement boiler plant • Plant room control system • Local ventilation • TMV3 Valves • Lagging replacement • HWS Pumps • Electrical works • Builders works
