The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (the Council) are seeking to provide a programme of Fire safety training courses for approximately five hundred (500) early years frontline staff, working in the borough of Barking and Dagenham, who come in to direct contact with young children between the ages of zero (0) and five (5).
