Feasibility Study of the Shared Community Stadium - Governance Arrangements

Tender description

The successful consultants will be expected to identify governance options for the proposed development of a shared Community Stadium & Sports Educational Village, and to indicate the preferred option, with a view to ensuring: (i) accountability and probity with regard to the use of any public sector assets; (ii) that the private sector can be attracted to invest in the proposed development; (iii) the maximum economic and social benefits are returned to the community.
