Family Licensed Work Services from April 2012

Tender description

The Legal Services Commission (LSC) is inviting interested parties to submit tenders to carry out publicly funded face-to-face Family Licensed Work Services for eligible clients from April 2012. This Project contains a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ 45) and an Invitation to Tender (ITT 273). For a tender to be complete, both the PQQ and ITT (including the Tender Information Form) must be completed and submitted. The PQQ and ITT in this Project open on 6 February 2012. The deadline for submitting the PQQ and ITT is 12 noon on 20 February 2012. PQQ responses previously submitted will not be considered. All Applicants must submit response to the PQQ in this Project as part of this tender process. You must read the Information For Applicants (IFA) before submitting your response. The IFA can be found in the Buyer Attachments section within both the PQQ and ITT or can be downloaded from the LSC website: http://www.legalservices.gov.uk/civil/tendering/family_licensed_work_2012.asp We will accept questions about the IFA, ITT or PQQ up until 12 noon on 10 February 2012.
