Tender description

The Legal Services Commission (LSC) is inviting interested parties to submit tenders to carry out publicly funded face-to-face Family Services and Family & Housing Services for eligible clients from February 2012. This Project contains a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ 40) and an Invitation to Tender (ITT 267). For a tender to be complete, both the PQQ and ITT (including the Tender Information Form) must be completed and submitted. The PQQ and ITT in this Project open on 5 September 2011. The deadline for submitting the PQQ and ITT is 12 Noon on 3 October 2011. PQQ responses previously submitted and passed for previous tender processes will not be considered. All applicants must submit response to the PQQ in this Project as part of this tender process. You must read the Information Form Applicants (IFA) before submitting any tender documentation. The IFA can be found as an attachment in the PQQ and in the ITT or can be downloaded from the LSC website: http://www.legalservices.gov.uk/civil/tendering/family_tender_2011.asp We will accept questions about the IFA, this ITT or PQQ up until 12 noon on 19 September 2011. Further information on how to submit a question can be found in the IFA.
