Tender description

Stoke-on-Trent City Council wishes to contract with providers (up to a maximum of 3 providers) for the provision of catering services at extra care housing in Stoke-on-Trent in three new Extra Care schemes that are currently under construction in the City. These schemes have been funded through PFI and build is due to be completed from May 2016. The City Council wishes to procure an on-site provider to deliver flexible services that meet the requirements of the customers who live in each of the schemes. The City Council is looking for bids from Providers that demonstrate clear understanding of the services and are creative in their approach to meeting needs. The City Council is offering the service as 3 lots, however, it is understood that a single provider, whose bid clearly demonstrates excellent quality and value for money may secure all three lots.
