Tender description
An assessment of Green Infrastructure (GI) for Wealden District Council. The purpose of the assessment is to assist the Council in meeting the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and associated guidance with regards to its plan making and where relevant making planning decisions. The provision of an up-to-date assessment will also provide baseline information to inform the production of a green infrastructure strategy which will be undertaken by the Council at a later date following the adoption of the Wealden Local Plan. This contract has now been awarded.
