EMPTY PROPERTY MULTI TRADE REFURBISHMENTS

ITT Description Clanmil require the services of a consultancy team for assistance in the delivery of a refurbishment scheme comprising 72no. vacant house of various sizes and layouts. The houses are located largely in North Belfast. The works will be across 72 units with a total estimated cost of £1,800,000. The successful consultant team shall assist, through the provision of professional consultancy services as outlined within this document, the Association in the delivery of the refurbishment scheme. A contractor has already been appointed for this project. The successful consultant will be required to issue works instructions based on an agreed schedule of rates. The formal appointment between the Association and the successful consultant shall be formally executed under the NEC3 Professional Services Contract; Contract Data Part 1 has been provided for your information In the delivery of this contract to a successful completion the successful consultant should comprise as a minimum the following disciplines with all constituent team members holding as a minimum current professional membership (or other equal and approved) as identified below; - Building Surveyor (chartered member of RICS) and / or Architect (chartered member of RIBA) - Quantity Surveyor (chartered member of RICS) - Principal Designer (member of RMaPS) If other disciplines are required, it is the responsibility of the successful consultant to include for same within their fee submission. Contract period: 12 months with the option for a further 12 months
