TENDER OPPORTUNITY FOR EQUALITY COMMISSION FOR NORTHERN IRELAND ECNI – Design and Delivery of a Staff Development Programme The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division (SSD) on behalf of the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland (ECNI), wishes for competent service providers to tender for the Design and Delivery of a Staff Development Programme. The Equality Commission for Northern Ireland wishes to obtain the services of a training provider to design and deliver a customised Staff Development Programme for approximately 100 staff, representative of all divisions across the organisation, from Administrative Assistant to Staff Officer grade.
