Tender description
The Social Security Agency is located on floors two to five in Castle Court, Belfast. The Benefit Shop is on the ground floor. To ensure that the carpets remain in optimum condition SSA require a contractor to carry out a a programme of planned maintenance for Carpet Cleaning. The overall area to be cleaned is approx 11,817 m2. A site visit of the Social Security Agency at Castle Court Belfast has been arranged for Wednesday 27th May 2009 at 10.00am. If you wish to attend the site visit you must inform the Buyer as per the instructions in the Tender documentation. The closing date for return of tenders is no later than 3pm on Tuesday 9th June 2009.
