DHSSPS – The Social Costs of Alcohol Misuse in Northern Ireland Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client the Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety (DHSSPS) wishes to invite tenders for the above named contract. DHSSPS requires a service provider to produce a report to provide an estimate for the Social Cost of Alcohol in Northern Ireland using information from a range of data sources.
