Central Procurement Directorate DETI – TECHNICALCONSULTANT SUPPORT FOR NEXT GENERATION NETWORK ACCESS The Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), Supplies and Services Division (SSD) on behalf of DETI wishes to appoint a service provider to support Next Generation Network Access in Northern Ireland. This project aims to ensure that an appropriate next generation network access is available in Northern Ireland thorough harnessing the investment that can/will be made by the private sector. The proposed assignment will consist of the provision technical, legal and financial/economic expertise for the design of a competitive process to select project/s to be assisted by public funds. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
