Tender description
The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI) wishes to appoint a service provider to provide a face to face debt advice service. The aim of the telephone debt advice service is to provide a face to face debt advice service that should be easily accessible to all clients and that should deliver free high quality and timely face to face debt advice. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is Central Procurement Directorate obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
