Tender description

The Department for Employment and Learning (DEL), the designated Managing Authority for the Northern Ireland European Social Fund (NI ESF) Programme requires a Support Structure to assist with delivery of the Programme. The Support Structure will provide general programme management and complementary activities including delivery of the programme’s publicity and communication strategy, support for cross-cutting themes, dedicated innovative and trans-national activity, dissemination, project support and the development of the programme’s monitoring and evaluation systems. These activities will be funded by Technical Assistance. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
