Inland Waterways and Inland Fisheries Branch (IWIF), part of the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL), wishes to commission a suitably experienced service provider to provide consultancy services to determine and define a Catchment Management approach to fishery enhancement in a Northern Irish Salmonid River system. The main objective of this exercise is to provide a framework for DCAL to meet its ongoing responsibilities to NASCO to protect and conserve salmon. It will provide a reference document to assist future planning for operations and policy.
