Supplies and Services Division Central Procurement Directorate (ACGT) Gaeltacht Quarter Study Supplies and Services Division, Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), on behalf of its client, the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL), / An Cheathrú Ghaeltachta Teo., (ACGT), invites tenders from suitably experienced service providers to research, develop and produce a Gaeltacht Quarter Study for West Belfast. The study must establish a clear vision of the development of for the establishment of a Gaeltacht Quarter in West Belfast to assist the Gaeltacht Quarter Development Board. It must also, in keeping with the Departments wider aims and objectives, encourage a co-operative approach in order to realise maximum benefit for the public.
