Cyclical Decoration Program

Tender description

Clanmil Housing wishes to appoint suitably qualified contractors to provide a cyclical decoration works for a period of up to 4 years (2+1+1). The contracts will be split into 2 lots as detailed in appendix A with an estimate breakdown of cyclical decoration requirements over the next 4 years. For the avoidance of doubt the cyclical decoration works are in line with current DSD guidelines https://www.dsdni.gov.uk/housing-maintenance inc painting, redecoration, carpeting and all associated works to communal areas. A full pricing schedule of rates will be provided as part of the ITT package.
