Tender description
We need to have some peptides synthesised for us, we will supply the sequence. We would require 2157 peptides (plus pooling) specification as below; Sequence: supplied by us Peptide length: 15 mers (10aa overlap) Amount: 60-100nmol N-terminus: amine C-terminus: glycine acid Purity: crude Analyses: 5% LC-MS Pooling of peptides required. Peptides should be delivered freeze-dried in 96 well plates.
