Consultancy support for ePIC Implemention

Tender description

The Northern Ireland Planning Service requires a consultancy provider to assist with the remaining development, testing and implementation stages of the ePlanning Information for Citizens (ePIC) project to ensure that the project proceeds to plan and delivers a solution that meets the project objectives. Tendering for this competition will be electronic and participation will be through CPD’s e-tendering portal – E-Sourcing NI (BRAVO). The closing date for the receipt of completed tenders is 15:00hrs on 12th March 2009. Late Tenders will not be accepted. This contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. Details of the evaluation criteria will be outlined in the Instructions to Tenderers section of the tender document. Supplies and Services Division does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender in respect of this competition.
